For most providers, drop your own API key into an in-app form. It's stored encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) — only non-secret metadata is kept in the clear.

For accounting and calendars, a one-click OAuth flow connects your own account. Returned tokens are encrypted like any other secret.

Encrypted, minimal footprint
Secrets are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM); only non-secret metadata stays in the clear. Our one subprocessor is the hosting provider that runs the platform.
AI stays optional and pseudonymised
Pro insights like Profit Lens are opt-in and use your own AI key. Figures are pseudonymised before any text is sent, and nothing trains anyone's model.
